Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Hannah, usually referred to as “mama", as I am a stay at home mom to 5 beautiful kiddos. My husband and I moved from the Midwest to the Tampa Bay Area 8 years ago & have loved making it our home.

 

A few things about me: I love learning new skills, I’m a perfectionist and I love good food. Well, those 3 things really go together well to make custom cookies! I started making cookies for my children’s birthday parties, and loved each chance I got to develop the skill. I finally started selling them to friends before opening up Summer Kate Cookie Co in early 2024. The name comes from my two oldest daughters (Sarah Kate & Summer), who are always excited to help me bake and learn from me.

I have truly enjoyed getting to be a part of so many special occasions, baby showers to birthdays, engagements and retirement celebrations. I've had the chance to work with some exciting groups like The New York Yankees, Clemson University, NCAAFB bowl games, George Strait and other special groups. I hope that I can make your next special event or gathering even more memorable with a delicious cookie.
